FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to provide my own vehicle?

Nope, that is for Amazon Flex. H2 Logistics is an Amazon Deliver partner, which means Amazon’s contracts with us to deliver their packages. You would be an employee of ours and drive a Prime van we provide.

Where would I work out of?

H2 Logistics operated out of the Amazon Southwyck Delivery Station located at 2040 S. Reynolds Road, Toledo, Ohio.

What do I have to wear?

We provide uniforms that must be worn that include a top, pants or shorts and an optional hat depending on the season. We also provide a sporty Amazon mask.

How long is a shift?

The shifts are 10 hours and run from approximetley 10 am to 8:00 pm.

How many packages do I have to deliver a day?

That fluctuates, but on average it’s around 200-250 packages a day.

Is there an opportunity for promotions?

Yes! We promote from within. Everyone starts as a delivery associate and when an opening such as lead driver, dispatcher and or other position opens up, team members are notified and encouraged to apply.

Are there opportunities to make additional income?

Yes! Overtime may be offered, and you’ll have the opportunity to earn bonuses based on performance and safety. We also have a referral bonus program.

Why do you give employees their birthday off?

Life is a gift that should be celebrated. We encourage staff to take their special and enjoy it by spending it with the ones they love or doing something that brings them joy to make a wonderful memory.

What is an Amazon Delivery Service Partner?

Amazon has partnered with local Delivery Service Partners (DSPs), like H2 Logistics, who are independent delivery organizations that help Amazon deliver thousands of packages to customers every day. As an employee of an Amazon delivery service partner (DSP), you will work directly for H2 Logistics that operates out of the local Amazon delivery station located at Southwyck.
